The story of Free & Clear, LLC is rooted in a simple idea: great title companies are built around great people.
In October 2024, Freddy Vasta and Adam Scheetz joined forces under the umbrella of Free & Clear, LLC, bringing together their experience, relationships, and shared vision for the future of the title insurance industry.
Freddy and Adam each built their careers in the title business from different paths, developing a deep understanding of title insurance, settlement services, real estate, and — most importantly — the people who make the industry work. Their partnership created an opportunity to bring together three reputable Pennsylvania title agencies while preserving what made each company successful in the first place.
VAST Abstract, Regal Abstract, and First American Abstract remain individual companies with their own histories, teams, and identities.What they share is a common foundation: experienced people, strong relationships, independent ownership, and an unwavering commitment to their clients.
Free & Clear was created to provide the foundation for these companies to grow, invest in their people, strengthen their operations, and continue serving their markets for generations to come.
